OVERVIEW
This website is operated by Neoharp LLC-FZ (“Neoharp”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Throughout the site, the terms “Store” or “Service” refer to the online platform hosted on Shopify that allows visitors to learn about the NeoHarp instrument and to submit non-binding pre-order requests (no payment is taken at this stage). By accessing the Site and/or submitting a pre-order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to the Terms, you must not use the Site.

1. PRE-ORDER TERMS

  • Submitting a pre-order places your name and e-mail address on our notification list but does not obligate you to purchase or Neoharp LLC-FZ to supply the product.
  • When the Neoharp instrument is ready for commercial release, we will contact you by e-mail with ordering and payment instructions.
  • Prices, shipping costs and delivery estimates provided at the pre-order stage are indicative only and may change before launch.

2. ONLINE STORE TERMS

  • You confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or you have given permission to any minor dependants to use this Site.
  • You may not use our content or products for any unlawful purpose nor violate any laws (including intellectual-property laws).
  • Transmission of malware, worms or destructive code is prohibited.
  • Breach of these Terms results in immediate termination of your right to use the Service.

3. GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any lawful reason.
  • Your non-card data may be transmitted over various networks in unencrypted form.
  • You may not reproduce, duplicate or exploit any portion of the Service without our written permission.
  • Headings are for convenience only and do not limit these Terms.

4. ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS & TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
Material on this Site is provided for general information. We are not responsible if it is inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. Historical information is provided for reference only.

5. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE
We may modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) without notice. Prices, specifications and availability of products are subject to change prior to launch.

6. PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

  • Images of the NeoHarp instrument are renders or prototypes; the final product may differ.
  • We reserve the right to limit sales by person, region or jurisdiction.
  • All prices displayed during the pre-order phase are estimates and may change prior to launch.

7. OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” and “as available” without warranties. Your use is at your own risk and subject to third-party terms.

8. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
External links are provided for convenience. We do not endorse and are not liable for third-party websites or content.

9. USER CONTENT
Any ideas or materials you send us may be used by Neoharp without restriction or compensation. You are responsible for ensuring your submissions are lawful and non-infringing.

Submission of personal data through the Store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. ERRORS, INACCURACIES & OMISSIONS
We reserve the right to correct errors or cancel pre-orders if information is inaccurate, without liability.

12. PROHIBITED USES
You are prohibited from using the Site or its content for unlawful, abusive, infringing, fraudulent or malicious activities, including but not limited to phishing, spamming, distributing malware or violating intellectual-property rights.

13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Neoharp LLC-FZ makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neoharp LLC-FZ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

15. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold Neoharp LLC-FZ, its affiliates and staff harmless from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
