App loop on background return — fixed

Floyd Steinberg caught a bug in his review: switching away from Neoharp and bringing it back from the background sent the app into an endless loop. We reproduced it, found the cause, and fixed it.

What was happening

You open Neoharp, start playing. You switch to another app — check a message, whatever. You come back to Neoharp — and it's stuck in an endless loop. Not a silent freeze, but a full loop. The only way out was to force-quit the app and relaunch.

Fixed

In the latest version, switching apps and returning works correctly. Neoharp stays ready — come back and keep playing.
