Cookie Policy

Last updated: 1 October 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Neoharp LLC-FZ (“Neoharp”, “we”, “us” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on https://www.neoharp.com/ (the “Website”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They can help a website remember information about your visit, such as your preferences. Similar technologies can include local storage and measurement tags. We use the term “cookies” in this policy for all of these technologies where appropriate.

2. How we use cookies

We use cookies for the following purposes:

  • Necessary — to save your cookie choices and support secure, reliable operation of the Website.
  • Analytics — with your consent, to understand how visitors use the Website through Google Analytics 4.
  • Personalisation — with your consent, to remember information that can make a future visit more relevant.
  • Marketing — with your consent, to measure advertising and show relevant advertising through Google Ads, Meta Pixel and Shopify.

We use Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Pixel and Shopify technologies. They use analytics, marketing or personalisation storage only when you have granted the relevant consent. While the Website is limited to waitlist and non-binding pre-order requests, Shopify may process the contact details you submit as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Cookies we use

Neoharp uses first-party cookies to remember your cookie preferences and to understand how visitors use the Website. nh_consent is necessary and lasts for 1 year. nh_ab is set only after analytics consent and lasts for 90 days.

Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*)

Google Analytics 4 is used to distinguish visitors and measure how the Website is used. _ga identifies visitors; _ga_* cookies maintain session and measurement information for the configured GA4 property. These cookies are set only after analytics consent and last up to 2 years. Google may update the names or lifetimes of its cookies as its service changes. For more information, see here.

Google Ads is used to measure conversions and support advertising. _gcl_* cookies are set only after marketing consent. Duration varies by cookie and is commonly up to 90 days. For more information, see here.

Meta Pixel (_fbp, _fbc)

Meta Pixel is used to track user behaviour on the Website to improve the relevance of retargeting advertising on Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram. _fbp and _fbc are set only after marketing consent and last up to 90 days. For more information, see here.

Shopify

Shopify is used to track customer behaviour and actions on the Website. Shopify cookies may also support checkout, customer preferences and marketing features. They are set only after the relevant consent where required. Duration varies by cookie. For more information, see here.

Cloudflare Turnstile

Cloudflare Turnstile runs in the background on the waitlist and newsletter forms to reject automated submissions. It does not show a puzzle. This check is necessary to keep the forms working and is not controlled by the cookie banner. Cloudflare’s handling of the check is described in the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

The Website loads Google Tag Manager with Google Consent Mode set to deny analytics, advertising and personalisation storage by default. Until you accept the relevant category, the associated cookies are not written. Google Consent Mode may transmit consent signals and limited cookieless measurement pings to Google. We use this configuration to respect your cookie choice and to control our analytics and advertising technologies.

5. Your choices

When you first visit the Website, you can accept, decline or manage analytics, personalisation and marketing cookies in the Cookie Banner. You can change your choice at any time by selecting Cookie settings in the Website footer.

You can also delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent the Website from remembering your cookie choice. To opt out of Google Analytics across websites, you can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew it. We will apply your new choice to future analytics storage on this Website.

Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our legal basis for necessary cookies is our legitimate interest in operating a secure and functional Website. Our legal basis for analytics, personalisation and marketing cookies is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Google Analytics and Google Ads are provided by Google, and Meta Pixel is provided by Meta. Information collected through these services may be processed outside your country of residence. For more information, see Google’s Privacy Policy and Meta’s Privacy Policy.

We may update this Cookie Policy when our use of cookies changes or when required by law. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date.
