Scale Mode — right hand plays the full scale

Scale Mode gives the right hand every note of the chosen scale — 69 options, with octave jumps — so you can improvise over chords instead of staying inside them.

This is a big update — and a genuinely fun one.

In the smart (default) mode, tone keys only play the notes of the current chord. You won’t hit a wrong note, but melodic freedom is limited.

Scale Mode lifts that limit. The right hand gets access to every note of the chosen scale — choose from 69 options: pentatonic, natural minor, and more exotic ones. You can play a melody line, improvise, build a solo over the chords in your left hand.

Scale Mode also lets you jump between octaves on the fly — a short press on the small keys shifts the octave right while you’re playing.

The mode is available in the new firmware (v1.2.0 and newer).
